On our way out of Denver, we stopped at Hammond's Candy Factory for a free tour.

In the picture above, they are wrapping candy into spiral lollipops. Once the candy is removed from the heated tables, they only have 30 seconds to work with it before it hardens. To the left, two cooks are pouring molten candy onto a cooling table to bring it down to a workable temperature.
After the tour, we each got to pick a piece of candy to take home.

We left Denver and started heading southwest. Our campground tonight was at Highline Lake. 
We had another storm blow in.
The kids had a great time playing by the lake together.
