One of my coworkers gave me some of her favorite tortillas that she brought back from a recent trip to Arizona. So I cooked up some tilapia and made a strawberry pineapple salsa to go with it and we had delicious fish tacos. The tortillas were really good and it was a tasty way to remind ourselves that summer is coming.
