Pickles

I attempted to make pickles for the first time today. A friend had given me some English cucumbers so I decided to try a recipe for refrigerator pickles that used English cucumbers. It was super easy; all I did was mix up the brine, cut the cucumbers and garlic, fill the jars, and put them in the fridge. They are supposed to set for two days, so we can try them Saturday.
