We received an exciting email on Monday; it was our first acceptance offer from a doctorate program! At the beginning of January, Joshua applied to eight schools for the fall. We were thrilled and a bit surprised to get an acceptance much sooner than anticipated; and from one of our top choices too! We went out for dessert to celebrate. I'm so proud of Joshua and all the work he has put in finishing his Masters degree and putting together grad school applications. It has been a lot of time and effort and it is exciting to see it starting to pay off and thinking about transitioning to the next step soon.
