Our twenty-first recipe was another salmon recipe, this time Maple Salmon. I mixed up the marinade last night and baked the fish when I got home today. It was pretty tasty, but nothing is as good as Mom's barbecued salmon, so I was somewhat disappointed in this salmon recipe too.
