We went camping this weekend with my family (more to come on that soon). Saturday night we had a birthday dinner for Michelle and I tried out this New York Cheesecake recipe for dessert. This was recipe number twelve. I stayed up late to make this Thursday evening after we got back from meeting our new niece and it was worth the effort. It was a beautiful thick cheesecake with great cheesecake taste. I also made a raspberry sauce to drizzle on top. I think it really hit the spot for the birthday girl.
