We made Easy Chicken Satay for dinner tonight, our nineteenth recipe. I had cut up the chicken and started marinading it yesterday, so tonight all I had to do was make the peanut sauce and cook the chicken, which I did in the broiler instead of the barbecue. It was indeed pretty easy. And so tasty. We both really liked this one; it reminded me of making chicken curry my second summer on staff at Calvin Crest in the kitchen. "We'll whip up chicken curry and serve it over rice!"
