We made Honey Chicken tonight for dinner, recipe number eight. This was good for a weeknight because I cut everything up and started marinating it yesterday, so all I had to do tonight was throw it in a pan and cook it. The problem was that the bell pepper got overcooked before the chicken was done. Other than that, we were happy with this recipe. I added mushrooms and swiss chard, which was nice.
