Our third recipe was Microwave Potato Chips. These tasted pretty good, but we had some difficulties with them. First, they did stick to the pan, although I wiped it generously with oil. Also, it was hard to get the timing right, we had batches come out overdone and some underdone with less or more cooking time. I'm sure part of that had to do with the difference in thickness, it is difficult to slice potatoes thinly and have them come out even. Plus the fact that the batches were so small and it took quite awhile to get through all of them. Anyway, they was pretty good, but probably not worth it.
