We made Lemon Bars (also with some citrus we picked while visiting our family in Modesto) for dessert tonight; our twelfth recipe. I doubled the recipe, but tripled the lemon juice and zest which turned out to be a good idea. I think they could have been even more lemony, but they were a big hit and quite tasty. The consistency was good and the crust contrasted nicely with the lemon layer.
